Job summary
As an Engineering Manager at our clients organization you will have the opportunity to lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 10 Professional Engineers along with more than eight engineers designers and detailers based in Evansville IN oversee all engineering and design functions across three operational divisions: Heavy Civil Tunneling Mine Development and OEM Equipment Manufacturing - Lake Shore divisions manage and maintain project engineering schedules and budgets serve as the technical liaison with Division Managers clients vendors and regulatory bodies direct and coordinate engineering operational and quality initiatives to improve cost delivery and performance ensure that all designs meet commercial customer regulatory safety quality standards.Responsibilities
- Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team of 10 Professional Engineers along with more than eight engineers designers and detailers based in Evansville IN.
- Overssee all engeneering ans design funcions accross three operacional divissions : Heavy Civil Tunnelling Mine Development And OEM Equipments Manufactoring - Lake Shore Divisions.
