    MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES

    Perform a wide range of administrative tasks to support all facets of Talent Development initiatives and programs.

    This includes but is not limited to, on-site meeting support, facilitating communication, office management, preparing activities and agendas, and logistical coordination for training sessions.

    Assist the People Services staff with routine and non-routine tasks/projects as needed, ensuring appropriate office coverage, proactively answering phones, and addressing staff inquiries to maintain a responsive and effective work environment.

    Oversee the entire cycle of training resources, from researching and ordering materials and supplies to partnering with the Talent Development Manager to ensure all onboarding and training materials are adequately stocked and readily available.

    Act as the initial point of contact for the Talent Development program and SPICE; offering guidance, resolving inquiries, and escalating issues appropriately.

    Coordinate logistics and prepare materials for the employee onboarding process, training classes, and meetings, including food and beverage orders, meeting space setup, A/V and utilities, and participant communications.

    Ensure computer lab(s) and equipment are maintained to support these activities.

    Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations, and report training attrition to Talent Development management and other key stakeholders to maintain records and recover expenditures accordingly.

    Serve as the primary administrator of the Learning Management System (LMS), called SPICE U, maximizing functionality and organizing content according to established guidelines and naming conventions.

    Manage and maintain all process documentation for training initiatives, and job aids for the LMS, ensuring their accuracy and accessibility.

    Assist in curating and assigning courses, and building learning plans as directed by the Talent Development Manager.
    Partner with the Instructional Designer to train employees in effective LMS navigation.

    Maintain accurate training records, including compliance training, required certifications, policy acknowledgments, class rosters, and external training documentation; ensuring all materials are accurately logged in the LMS.

    Develop and disseminate regular reports on LMS utilization and training effectiveness.

    Respond to user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and regularly update process documentation, records, and job aids to reflect any modifications, maintaining system accuracy.

    Support Employee Engagement Initiatives.
    Create and distribute the Daily Spice Rack newsletter.
    Serve as the primary liaison for the MCCNO online store.

    Execute employee engagement events, from planning through conclusion; working with the Talent Development team to coordinate logistics, prepare content and supporting documentation, procure decorations, and collaborate with relevant departments to ensure essential event services are in place.

    Support Assistant Director in customer service and recognition efforts, including service awards, employee appreciation, and birthday cards.
    Provide support for organizational development projects.

    Manage the administrative aspects of the IWTP grant, including application population, quarterly reporting, vendor research, course content research, and consolidating departmental needs analyses.

    Qualifications

    Experience

    Required


    Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; and four to six years' experience and/or training in related field preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    Preferred

    Background in Talent Development and/or Human Resources preferred.
