    Brand Ambassador | Lead Generator
    Renewal by Andersen- Atlanta

    Renewal by Andersen represents the custom division of Andersen Windows, a renowned brand established in 1903 as the leader in exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was created with the mission to enhance the window and door replacement experience for homeowners.

    We are searching for enthusiastic individuals with excellent communication skills and a drive to acquire new abilities or kickstart a career with abundant prospects on a part-time basis. This exciting role occurs at various retail sites and events across the Norcross region, where you will engage with numerous homeowners to generate leads by scheduling appointments for our sales representatives to offer complimentary in-home consultations.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    - Represent the company at local retail venues and weekend events like tradeshows and festivals
    - Actively interact with the public to pinpoint home improvement needs
    - Address general inquiries and generate interest in our products
    - Collect information for scheduling appointments

    Qualifications:

    - Reliable Transportation (Required)
    - Smartphone usage for texts, emails, photos, and regular communication with the manager
    - Ability to stand for 4-6 hours
    - Capable of lifting up to 50lbs occasionally
    - Outgoing Personality and conversational skills
    - Sales and marketing background is advantageous but not mandatory
    - Minimum age of 18 years old

    Compensation and Benefits:

    - $16 per hour, along with a bonus structure
    - Mileage reimbursement
    - Flexible part-time schedule (Friday-Sunday)
