    We are seeking a highly motivated and expert professional to join our team as an Autonomous Vehicle Conflict Avoidance Training Specialist.

    The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of autonomous vehicle technology, conflict avoidance frameworks, and training methodologies.


    Responsibilities:
    Develop training material on labeling software and conflict avoidance for autonomous vehicles

    Train personnel on the use of labeling software and conflict avoidance strategies

    Synthesize concepts and research examples for the conflict avoidance framework of autonomous vehicles

    Operate labeling software and evaluate failures in conflict avoidance behavior of autonomous vehicles

    Collaborate with engineers and researchers to improve autonomous vehicle conflict avoidance systems

    Keep up-to-date on the latest developments in autonomous vehicle technology and conflict avoidance research


    Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field

    3+ years of experience in autonomous vehicle development or training

    Strong understanding of conflict avoidance frameworks for autonomous vehicles

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    Passion for autonomous vehicle technology and safety


    Salary and Other Compensation:
    Applications will be accepted until 5/3/2024


    The hourly rate for this position is between $80 - $83 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.


    This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
