    Job Description

    We are seeking an experienced Client Resolution Specialist at GuideWell Company's WebTPA subsidiary.

    • This role involves handling inbound customer calls from providers and members, focusing on resolving complex issues through expert-level assistance.

    The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in MS Office products, and possess strong analytical abilities.
    A bachelor's degree is not required but preferred experience may include working with CPT/ICD-9 coding systems,
    Cobra benefits coordination under HIPAA guidelines which could increase earning potential beyond $50000-$60000 depending individual skillset performance without additional income sources while receiving full-time regular pay after meeting certain requirements around opening accounts first week during orientation phase before last quarter closeout date unless prior agreement made otherwise otherwise standard maximums apply; let us discuss further details upon interview scheduling procedure!
