The ideal candidates will have:

5+ years of Project Management/ Estimating experience for General Contractors on Medical ProjectsCustomer relationship skills for dealing with clients, suppliers, architects, internal departments, etc.

Knowledge / understanding of the full construction project 'life cycle' is helpful.
