    Job Description:
    This position provides support for the maintenance of semiconductor process equipment using established and written procedures. This position works with the manufacturing team to achieve a safe and highly efficient production environment.

    Responsibilities


    • Perform equipment start-up, modifications, upgrades, troubleshooting and maintenance on production and R&D systems
    • Perform repairs and maintenance on semiconductor process equipment.
    • Perform routine preventative maintenance semiconductor equipment in accordance with specifications.
    • Perform root-cause troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment
    • Assist with new equipment installation.
    • Assist with equipment calibrations.
    • Assist with creating maintenance and PM procedures.
    • Assist with recovery from equipment/facilities down events.
    Requirements


    • 2-year Engineering degree/background, military technical training or equivalent preferred
    • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred.
    • Extensive knowledge of certain areas in a semiconductor environment (i.e. Photo, Deposition, Metrology, etc.)
    • Knowledge of basic machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance. (i.e. vacuum pumps, leak checkers, hand tools, etc.)
    • Working knowledge of electrical systems with the ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals
    • Proficient in computer applications using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.
    • Must be physically able to lift to waist level and carry up to 40 pounds
    • Must be physically able to climb, stoop, bend, kneel, and crawl to reach work
    • Organized, neat, detail-oriented, conscientious, and thorough
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
    • Flexibility in your work schedule and the ability to work overtime on short notice
    • US Citizenship required
