Title: Finance Accounting Manager

Salary: $140,000 - $170,000 p.a.

Start: ASAP

Tiger is partnered with a family office / venture capital firm that is looking for a Finance Manager to have general oversight of all accounting processes. They are specifically looking for someone who has previously worked in a family office environment. The role will be multi-dimensional and is a growth opportunity for someone seeking to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment that functions internationally. Please note this is in office 4 - 5 days a week.

Core Responsibilities:

• Oversight of the full accounting processes, i.e., maintaining the general ledger
• Monthly and quarterly financial statements to clients by GAAP
• Reviewing the accounts payable function
• General Accounting work
• Posting all journal entries
• Budgets and reporting on budget to actual
• Review numerous banks, brokerage, and credit card accounts

Requirements:

• Must have worked in a family office environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting
• CPA preferred
• 7+ years of proven experience as a leader in recruiting
• Prior experience working in a family office
• Ability to travel
