    Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Title: Paragon Technical ConsultantJob ID: PB Location: Atlanta, GAWhat you will be doing:
    • Demonstrate proficiency in the delivery of application and system software technology to customers using standard procedures.
    • Provide technical support during the implementation delivery process including triaging and troubleshooting reported by customer and implementation team.
    • Install all software required for the company's Paragon solutions.
    • Developing Technical documentation to facilitate efficiency, document customer implementations, and support department education objectives.
    • Training Customers and company Staff on your areas of expertise.
    • Windows System Administration, Microsoft SQL upgrade scripts, and Paragon application installs on Windows servers.
    • Monitors customer satisfaction and strives to improve it.
    • Identifies potential obstacles and endeavors to resolves issues which would impact project completion.
    • Provide high quality support to end users and other company departments
    • Acts as liaison to other company departments concerning client issues and status.
    What you must have:
    • Knowledge of Paragon applications and software.
    • Experience with Paragon product, Paragon hardware migrations or Paragon Upgrades.
    • Experience with Implementation Services, customer support.
    • Strong client communication skills, ability to lead client calls.
