The Auto Glass Technician is key member of our team responsible for the quality and efficient installation and repair of auto glass.

We are looking to build a world class team of Technicians to support $1.5 million in revenue (5 Techs). We use the latest technology including Mobile Tablets and the Opti-Aim Calibration Tool for today's more sophisticated vehicles.

Specific Responsibilities:

Repair and replacement of auto glass according to specified proceduresComplete calibrations of camera's and Advance Driver Assist Systems (ADAS) using our Opti-Aim technology.

Help insure the efficient use of materials and maintain adequate stock of glazing accessories on vehicleKeep company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order and conditionComplete invoices, daily route sheets, and weekly reports as requiredPerform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Job Requirements:
Prior experience in the auto glass industryPhysical ability to lift heavy objects such as windshields, etc.

Proficiency to navigate tablet based technologyExcellent communication skillsProfessional appearance and personality Benefits:
