My client is a local mechanical HVAC contractor who is looking for a Project Manager with strong HVAC industry and mechanical system knowledge.

Provide design, problem solving and cost effective solutions for clients and potential clients. Understanding and utilization of ASHRAE standards. Engineering- Provide recommendations to modify, repair or replace and to document those recommendations. Estimating/ Pricing- Estimate cost of proposals and apply company pricing standards to estimate. Project Management- Manages people, materials and budget and documents job progress until closing. Looking for someone who is good with clients, also.
