Job summary
The Procurement Administrator is responsible for the supervision and administration of assigned procurements in accordance with appropriate governing laws, policies, and procedures.Responsibilities
- Assist consult advise and/or coordinate with DASNY staff and clients consultants contractors vendorsand/or other third parties in all phases of procurement process including interpretation implementation of DASNYs procurement guidelines procedures contract provisions overall process administering work authorizations contracts job orders purchaser orders;
- Draft review approve procurement-related documentation including correspondence requests for proposals requests for qualifications expressions interests bid openings contract awards purchasing requisitions purchase orders contracts work authorizations work orders related documents amendments established procedures verify documents proper legal form necessary approvals supporting documents;
- Independently oversee timely efficient preparation processing review public procurements bids selection award negotiation contracts job orders purchase orderspurchase contractswork authorizationsrelated documentsamendments;
