    Responsibilities:

    • Manage all aspects of event planning, from budgeting and vendor selection to logistics and execution.
    • Develop creative and engaging event concepts aligned with company goals.
    • Secure venues, negotiate contracts, and manage event budgets.
    • Oversee event logistics, including catering, audio/visual, and décor.
    • Manage event registration and ensure smooth attendee flow.
    • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful event execution.
    • Follow up with attendees after events and gather feedback.
    • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts for events.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in event coordination or a related field.
    • Proven track record of planning and executing successful events.
    • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Experience with event management software a plus.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
