Job summary

The School of Education and Professional Studies at Central Connecticut State University is partnering with the Connecticut State Department of Education (CSDE) to create a "Teacher Fellowship Program". The goal of the program is to enhance teaching innovation and teaching quality by bringing together a cohort of outstanding Teaching Fellows who will positively impact student learning.

Responsibilities

  • Check in with the SEPS Dean's office via email, phone,
  • Attend professional development sessions twice a month,
    / Attend grade-level/department meetings.
    , Learn to develop lesson plans aligned to CT Core Standards
    , Work with another Fellow for consistency weekly coverage,
    . Teach students in elementary middle school high schools.,
