- Leads efforts to plan and direct the development, implementation, and use of a model capital planning process to manage SSF IT capital assets.
- Provides/oversees development of a broad range of IT analyses, policy planning, and management oversight functions and services to these entities.
- Manages a staff of federal and contractor personnel.
- Collaborates with SSF program managers in all programs related activities, including defining tasks; identifying resources needed; and developing strategies to accomplish the organization's mission.
- Oversees reporting processes and procedures needed to measure and communicate current and estimated progress of IT projects, as well as the implementation of budgets, contracts, and providing acquisitions strategy development and plans.
