    About the Role:
    Tittle – Program Lead - QA

    Job Description

    Define QA strategy, approach and execution in development projects.
    Lead and direct the QA leadership team.
    Provide leadership and technical expertise within Test Automation and Quality Assurance.
    Be accountable for test automation projects, mentor, and provide leadership to QA automation developers and managers.
    Participate in interviews, induction, training and performance evaluation of all QA leads.
    Provide technical leadership and expertise within the field of Quality Assurance and Testing.
    Ensure development teams adhere to principles, guidelines and best practices of QA strategy.
    Focus on continuous QA improvements including testing tools, techniques, automation.
    Build and maintain quality standards, enforce technical and testing standards.
    Monitor all QA activities, test results, leaked defects, root cause analysis, identify areas of improvement, implement necessary steps.
    Gather and present testing metrics and activities for projects to key stakeholders.
    Ensure proper usage of available tools for maximum benefit of QA effort.
    Manage training and continuous learning of QA staff through courses, conferences, certifications.
    Be an escalation point for all testing and quality assurance matters, primary contact for QA teams.
    Direct development of QA strategy, methodology, discipline, framework.
    Drive and improve QA team in areas of automated testing and agile testing.


    Must Have:
    QA Management experience across multiple projects, off-shore and in-house
    Strong technical skills in functional and non-functional testing, manual and automation
    Experience in implementing and shaping QA processes and strategies
    Strong communication skills with key stakeholders
    Advocate of Quality Assurance, Continuous Improvement, and industry Best Practices
    Excellent knowledge of Risk Management and Risk-Based Testing
    Experience managing testing departments or functions
    Ability to work under pressure and be flexible
    Proactive, quick thinker, and assertive
    Ability to motivate and bring out the best in team members
    Self-motivated, mature, and professional
    Excellent communicator with influencing and negotiation skills
    Ability to communicate with all levels of management and peers
    Leadership skills in building and maintaining relationships
    Ability to prioritize work and tasks under pressure
    Effective conflict resolution skills
    Ability to build, implement, and direct quality assurance principles


    Location :
    Dallas TX (Hybrid)


    Salary Range:
    The salary for this position is between $130,000 to $150,000 annually.

    Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
