- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data by performing regular quality checks.
- Inputting data from various sources into electronic databases with precision and speed.
- Organize and maintain files in a systematic manner.
- Assist in generating reports and extracting data as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve data discrepancies.
- Follow company compliance policies and procedures regarding data entry and information security.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
- Prioritize and tackle backlog of data entry and filing tasks efficiently.
- Develop strategies to expedite filing processes
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Computer Savvy, specifically proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar role.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software and databases.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently
