    About This Role

    "The Assistant Estimator will learn how to read and interpret plans to accurately estimate the total cost of construction projects, performing detailed take-offs, communicating scope and material lists with vendors, presenting estimates to project management teams.
    Key responsibilities include:
    • Detailed project estimating using drawings specifications.
    The role also involves managing vendor subcontracts including accurate delivery schedule forecasts . Key technical skills required include proficiency in Microsoft software suite (Microsoft Word Excel Project), Familiarity desirable with Timberline or similar estimation tools.
