    We are hiring an Accounting Assistant to work onsite with a well-established Oklahoma City employer. In this role, you will assist with accounts payable, invoicing, shipping, and some cashier duties.

    Overview:

    • Accounts payable, shipping, invoicing and cashier duties
    • Must have good math and customer service skills.
    • Onsite, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (paid 8-hour days), with an additional 2-3 Saturdays each month from 8:00 am to 12:00 pm.
    • Knowledge of Word and Excel required
    • Fast and accurate data entry skills needed
    • Business casual (nice jeans allowed)
    • Requires 2+ years of recent accounting experience (some accounts payable exp required)
