    The Mission

    This position supports the US Army Intelligence and Security Command (INSCOM). Under the I2TS 3 task order, INSCOM ensures reliable, uninterrupted availability of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Information Management (C4IM) including: networks, hardware, software, engineering, and specialized tools at the point of customer need to support INSCOM's mission. INSCOM and its MSCs provide the enabling layer to connect the Army and its tactical formations to defense and national intelligence agencies via tactical networks. The ability to provide mission critical intelligence is dependent on the successful use of its information technology (IT) networks worldwide.

    We are looking for a self-motivated individual to join our Team immediately for a position as a Senior Systems Analyst (SharePoint). The right candidate is proficient in SharePoint user aiding navigation, and is a skilled communicator with program personnel and executives with expertise in SharePoint Farm Administration and application management.

    Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Support the review and analysis of any new requests for SharePoint services in order to provide scope and level of effort information to project managers.
    • Works independently and as part of a small team to solve complex problems, deploy farm solutions, and assist with end user requests
    • As a part of the team, ensure that the farm is maintained and compliant for patches, hotfixes, and version upgrades
    • Provide guidance to customer during all phases of projects related to SharePoint development and maintenance.
    • Provide consistent, thorough documentation of SharePoint guides as needed
    • Installs, configures and supports SharePoint 2019 for a multi-server farm
    • Provides technical support and training to end-users

    Qualifications/Experience:

    • SharePoint Administrator with Platform Experience is a Must
    • Strong SharePoint knowledge in navigating the application and being able to help a user navigate the application (a SharePoint super user).
    • Able to communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.
    • Microsoft SharePoint Farm Administration (server engineering, load balancers, SharePoint Central Admin, etc) is highly desirable, Microsoft SharePoint application (site management, library management, permissions) proficiency is highly desirable
    • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server as it pertains to supporting Sharepoint
    • Experience with PowerShell to support SharePoint configuration, logging and troubleshooting

    Education:

    • High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience, or Associate's Degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience+ years of experience as a Systems Engineer with a focus on virtualization.

    Certification(s):

    • DoD M IAT Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract
    • IAT II 8570 Baseline Certification -Sec+CE or equivalent

    Location:

    • On customer site at Fort Liberty (formerly Fort Bragg) in Fayetteville, NC

    Security Clearance:

    • TS/SCI required
    • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract
