    As a key member of our Enterprise Technology group, youll play a critical part in shaping the future of mobility.

    As a Dynamics 365 software developer on the GCCT program, the ideal candidate will enjoy solving complex problems, have strong interpersonal skills, and a desire for continuous improvement. The developer will be a member of Global Contact Center Channel team. This team supports the chat, messaging, and SMS experiences used by our agents to communicate with our customers. The software developer will enhance and support the tools and technologies our customers use to connect with customer.

    Responsibilities

    Develop new, test, and deploy enhancements to configurations to improve and/or maintain Live Person conversational cloud, including Conversaion Builder, Bots, Intent Manager, and Reporting

    Configure Live Person flows and experiences for Chat, SMS, and messaging.

    Work with business users to identify needs and apply or propose appropriate technical solutions in Live Person or Live Assist for Dynamics 365 (LAD365)

    Create, implement, and maintain technical documentation for LAD365 and Live Person

    Diagnose and triage technical errors, data issues, and performance challenges.

    Proactively provide feedback throughout the Agile journey, seeking for continuous process improvement

    Skills Required:

    C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript

    Visual Studio 2019+ SQL, SQL Server, and relational databases

    1+ years of experience with Live Person Conversational Cloud

    Experience with LAD365 or MS Dynamics 365 a plus Experience with Intent Manager/Conversation Orchestrator a plus Experience with Apple Messages for Business or Google Business Messenger a plus
