Verde Solar Power, based in Cottonwood Arizona, serves the residential and commercial solar energy needs of the Verde Valley since its founding in 1989.
Specializing in designing, installing, and servicing Photovoltaic (PV) solar systems, Verde Solar Power focuses on energy conservation, economic value, and environmental sustainability.
We use advanced assessment software tailored to the APS rate structure to ensure accurate solutions, and offer custom-designed systems for a variety of roof types.
As a leader in the local market, we promote grid-tied, hybrid battery-backed solar systems, and assist customers with APS rebate incentives.
Our mission is to bring clean, cost-effective solar energy solutions to the Verde Valley community.Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cottonwood, AZ for an Assistant Project Coordinator.
The Assistant Project Coordinator will provide operational support for solar installation projects by coordinating project schedules, managing logistics, and ensuring timely inspections.
Daily responsibilities include overseeing supply chain activities, assisting with expediting processes, maintaining project documentation, and communicating updates to internal and external stakeholders.
The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to ensure project milestones are met efficiently and effectively.Qualifications
Skills in Expediting and Expeditor processes, including the ability to ensure deadlines are met and materials are delivered on time.
Experience in Logistics Management, focusing on supply chain operations, inventory control, and resource allocation.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Effective communication skills with an ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Prior experience in the renewable energy industry or construction projects is a plus.
Proficiency in project management software and tools is preferred.
