- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for children and adults across various settings (e.g., schools, clinics, hospitals).
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each client's specific needs and goals.
- Provide evidence-based therapy techniques to address a variety of communication disorders (e.g., language delays, articulation difficulties, fluency disorders, dysphagia).
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, educators, and families to ensure coordinated care.
- Participate in professional development activities to maintain clinical knowledge and skills.
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, treatment planning, and intervention for various communication disorders.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate and patient demeanor with a focus on client-centered care.
- Proficiency in English language; fluency in Spanish a plus.
