    Principal Financial Analyst NetSuite at Oracle in Boise, Idaho, United States Job Description Job Description Preferred locations: Austin, TX, Seattle, WA or SF Bay Area locations We are seeking an experienced and motivated Principal Financial Analyst to join our team.

    Come join us As a member of the NetSuite Finance team, the Principal Financial Analyst is responsible for providing finance support for the NetSuite Cloud Operations organization- a key part of the $2B+ NetSuite business.

    Within this role, you will serve as a trusted business financial adviser and partner to some of the senior VPs in NetSuite.

    + Assist in the forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning process for the Cloud Operations function. + Performance variance analysis of actuals and forecasts compared to prior periods, forecasts, and budgets.

    + Financial presentations to the business and preparation of monthly reporting schedules + Develop an understanding of critical business performance drivers.

    + Must be capable of working with the larger Oracle Financial community effectively, gather and analyze information and resolve business issues across the organization.

    + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. + Work closely and collaboratively with Finance, Operations, and business team daily. + Ensure data quality and accuracy of management reporting and long range planning. + Participate in quarter end activities and contribute in close process.

    + Proactively drive analysis on key trends and understand business drivers behind the trends we are seeing in the results.

    + Ad hoc financial modeling and analysis as needed to accelerate AI projects.     • IC4 Responsibilities Preferred Skills and Qualifications + BS in Finance or Accounting preferred, MBA or CPA a plus + Minimum 8 years finance/accounting experience (MBA is equivalent to two years' experience) + Very strong Excel and good PowerPoint skills + Excellent problem solving and analytical skills + Understands the business and functional skills required to be successful.
    + Finance support of datacenter infrastructure + Strong interpersonal skills (written and verbal) +

    Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US:

    Hiring Range:
    from $87,000 to $178,200 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

    Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

    Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

    Paid time off:
    Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits.

    For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.

    Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation paid holidays 10.


    Paid sick leave:
