The MARCOM Support Coordinator provides high-impact administrative and operational support to MARCOM leadership ensuring priorities move forward smoothly meetings are productive and communications are polished and on-brand.This role is equal parts executive assistant project coordinator and marketing operations support—ideal for someone who thrives on organization discretion and keeping fast-moving teams aligned.
- Manage executive calendars priorities meeting logistics travel planning/itineraries.
- Prepare agendas pre-reads meeting materials capture notes action items follow-ups.
- Maintain executive-level organization systems files templates contacts vendor info key documents.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for internal stakeholders external partners.
