    Description

    We are currently searching for a highly motivated General Affairs Administrator to join our company.

    CORE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

    40% The function of support in-house activities

    • various in-house activities to improve the treatment of employees
    • office equipment
    • office space
    • to maintain a comfortable office environment

    15% The function of coordinating between departments

    • horizontally between departments, or deliver vertical information
    • and machinery used in their departments must be in good working order
    • the problem or alert repair personnel
    • new equipment or supplies for their department when necessary

    15% The function of assisting manager

    • work from the previous stage so that management can establish management plan
    • staff business trip
    • Management
    • web slip & reconciliation

    10% The function of Asset management

    • fixed assets efficiently (Building maintenance with Bldg. Mgr., Corp. Housing management, etc.)
    • Asset Management (Procurement/inventory control of office stationery and pantry supplies, Record keeping of office assets, Vehicles, etc.)
    • security management (IT support, Access cards, DVR, etc.)

    20% Additional R&Rs

    • Coordinate administrative activities throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy
    • Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence
    • Support bookkeeping and budgeting, expense procedures for the company
    • Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other essential data
    • Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
    • Support and plan company events and activities
    • Point of contact and communicate with immigration lawyers for employee visas, paperwork, and other procedures

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor Degree Preferred
    • Bilingual in Korean/English required
    • Attention to detail, thorough, highly organized, efficient, and excellent time management skills
    • Strong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
    • Must have a valid driver's license

    Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (1 year)

    Job Location: Englewood Cliffs, NJ

    Business Hours: Mon-Fri 08:00 AM to 5:00 PM
