    Join us to be an integral part of Twin's business strategy. The Sr. Supply Chain Analyst will report to the Senior Manager of Supply Chain.

    They will support the Supply Chain team through third-party logistics, vendor management, fulfillment and distribution analytics, management of Supply Chain platforms such as Netsuite, and with metric analysis and reporting.

    The Senior Supply Chain Analyst will work closely with cross functional departments and teams; leveraging a strong knowledge of fulfillment, transportation and forecasting to support Supply Chain initiatives and KPIs.

    They must also possess strong communication and problem solving skills, along with attention to detail.
    This is a remote based position with regular visits to our on site location. Candidates must be within a 4 hour drive of Wallington, CT.
    Responsibilities
    Support our third-party logistics vendor relationship through forecasting, capacity planning, vendor scorecarding, and onsite collaboration as needed
    Identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements within the supply chain process, such as inventory management, procurement strategies, and distribution networks
    Partner with the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team to ensure inventory levels support 3PL fulfillment operations
    Evaluate and propose change to transportation networks as needed to balance cost minimization and delivery speed
    Update fulfillment and distribution models, disseminating outputs against financial targets. Enhance the models as needed to support new business initiatives
    Support & drive cross-functional projects to implement process improvements, cost-saving initiatives, and supply chain best practices, ensuring timely execution and measurable results

    Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track supply chain performance; identify trends, and proactively address issues or bottlenecks.

    Update monthly business review presentations using KPI models and reports
    Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain management or related field
    3+ years of supply chain management, operations management or related experience
    Ability to travel to 3PL as needed

    Proven project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

    Strong business acumen and understanding of operations and supply chain principles, including inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement strategies.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and present findings to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
    Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel. Experience with ERP systems such as Netsuite or similar

    Experience with the following platforms:
    Zendesk, Tableau, and Salesforce a plus

    Compensation and Benefits
    The compensation range for this position is $105,000-$115,000 annually.
