We are a growing company and are looking for a talented, experienced billing clerk to join our team


BILLING CLERK

MAIN JOB DESCRIPTION:
Review & check deals for compliance based on checklist

Posts vehicle sale transactions to accounting ledger

Record salesmen commissions and bonuses

Record funding on vehicle sales

Prepare check requests for trade payoffs

Send contracts and payoffs to lenders

Maintain and update the "CIT" contracts in transit schedule and meet with F&I Director/Manager(s) to get contracts funded

Maintain and update notes on various schedules as related to billing

Handle phone calls regarding billing requests

Maintains professional appearance and neat work area

Other duties as assigned


EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

Two or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in the automotive industry preferred.

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be eligible to work in the US

Must pass drug test and extensive criminal background screening

Motivated to go above and beyond the minimum standard
