Job summary
This role is responsible for the creation of mechanical design, mentoring project teams through research and development of technologies, serving as primary technical contact internally and externally from manufacturing to assembly debug final acceptance install service while meeting budget technical scheduling criteria. This role is also responsible for conceptualizing developing maintaining standards in mechanical design conceptual laying out components mechanisms systems delivering projects within scope schedule budget documenting reviews creating reviewing maintaining all technical documentation assigned projects including functional specifications flow diagrams floor plans leading complex project providing support throughout debugging process coordinating efforts other individuals complete projects efficiently supporting internal customer design reviews implementing product standards maintaining updating engineering standards providing technical consultation review customer specifications factory acceptance testing support analyzing designs increase safety effectiveness efficiency reduce costs utilizing continuous improvement practices improve business equipment designs assisting troubleshooting machine assembly debug resolving issues leading industry invention creative solutions emergent customer needs representing MGS activities customers trade shows service trips design reviews integrating multiple pieces MGS equipment OEM comprehensive packaging solution agile project planning development leading dynamic teams utilizing agile methodology develop plan projects quickly iterate customer solutions becoming subject matter expert staff members supporting principal engineers management activities required embodying values promoting Company values daily words actions.Job description
