Job summary

Responsible for the oversight of the school

s physical plant including minor day to day maintenance of all buildings grounds playgrounds and other components.

Qualifications

  • College or trade school degree and experience in basic carpentry plumbing electrical HVAC enough knowledge to troubleshoot problems and choose or perform appropriate solutions;
  • Minimum of three years facilities maintenance and operations experience;
  • Problem-solving ability;
  • Ability to obtain and analyze vendor /contractor proposals and make recommendations to Business Manager Head of School and Buildings and Grounds Committee;
  • , < li > Ability  to respond  to off hours emergencies at the facility; < / li > , < li > Ability  to create a prioritized list of ongoing maintenance insure consistent progress .< / ul >
