Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with teams to develop projects from concept to completion
• Prepare construction documents and ensure compliance
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and team members
• Review shop drawings and project submittals
• Lead business development efforts and pitch for new business
• Build positive relationships with clients and subconsultants
• Mentor and train team members
• Assist with QA/QC process
• Visit construction sites and manage project administration
• Collaborate with marketing department to improve marketing materials
• Drive revenue growth and achieve ambitious growth targets
• Develop and maintain relationships with target prospects
• Assist in developing proposals and responding to RFPs
• Civic involvement on local, regional, and state boards and commissions

Qualifications:

• Registered Architect in Texas or eligible for reciprocity
• Minimum 10 years of architecture design experience in municipal projects
• Proficiency in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup
• Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management Software systems

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 per year
