Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of collision parts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in logistics or supply chain management is a plus
• Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an automotive or collision repair setting
• Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Receive incoming shipments of collision parts, inspecting for accuracy and quality
• Organize and store parts in designated locations within the warehouse
• Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all parts are picked accurately and packaged securely
• Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all shipping and receiving activities
