- Proven experience in shipping and receiving, preferably in an automotive or collision repair setting
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Receive incoming shipments of collision parts, inspecting for accuracy and quality
- Organize and store parts in designated locations within the warehouse
- Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring all parts are picked accurately and packaged securely
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing shipments
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
- Assist in periodic inventory counts and audits
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all shipping and receiving activities
