Summary

Responsible for identifying well-qualified candidates and providing support throughout the interview and hiring stages. Additionally, contributing to employee engagement events and providing administrative support to the HR team.

Essential Functions

• Conduct full cycle recruiting for open technical positions
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and the hiring process in an applicant tracking system (ATS) or online resources
• Ensure compliance with all relevant data protection and employment laws
• Assist HR Specialist with engagement events
• Providing Administrative support
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Working knowledge of employment laws/regulations, specifically tied to recruiting practices
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, with strong ethical mindset
• Strong organization skills, with ability to multitask and work quickly despite distractions
• Ability to interact with professionalism with all levels in a company
• Good MS Office, Excel, and HRIS skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Research minded toward best practice
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt recruitment strategies as necessary.
• Strong understanding of engineering skills, tools, and trends.
• Action-oriented, drive for results
• Bilingual in Spanish is highly desired

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma Required
• Minimum 2 years of technical/engineering recruiting experience required
• Manufacturing Experience preferred but not required
• Prior experience working with recruiting systems is required
