- You will provide technical support functions (i.e. planning, programming, budgeting, maintaining, evaluating, and reporting).
- You will manage and provide facility support requirements by performing daily facility assessments, independently initiating facility maintenance, and responding to tenant/customer requests
- You will submit, track, and closeout Trouble Calls (TC), Service Requests (SR), and TF-1 requests as applicable. Coordinate and attend leadership-led Gemba Walks and Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Zone Inspections
- You will maintain an understanding of customer requirements to manage the sustainment of plant equipment through the NAVFAC PM/CM process. Provide assistance with coordinating acquisition and modification of facility equipment to meet the mission.
- You will assist with selecting the proper conduit sizes as they relate to wire gauge and number of conductors per the National Electrical Code (NEC).
- You will provide assistance with creating design drawings and sketches using the Computer aided Drafting Program AutoCad 2021.
