    Maintenance Technician



    We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Metes and Bounds.

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Refurbish apartments prior to resident occupancy
    • Provide maintenance services including general repairs of equipment, painting, carpentry, and limited extermination services

    Requirements:


    • A positive attitude and strong work ethic
    • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or related field preferred but not required.
