    What You Will Be Responsible For

    As Sr QA Test Engineer/Lead, VP you will


    Work closely with contributors in all parts of the Agile SDLC so will be required to confidently represent the testing group at regular stakeholder meetings such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning / Review / Retrospective.

    Participate in manual testing activities, as needed. You will be involved in automating tests on a sprint by sprint basis to ensure continuous integration testing during the life of an enhancement project

    Ownership and accountability for all functional, acceptance and testing activities pertaining to technical projects, including the development of automation capabilites for testing product funationality.

    Building strong partnership with other technology & business leaders and peers.
    Work closely with the Product Owner and others on requirements analysis, planning, project management, and execution.
    Support production systems to ensure business continuity and continuous improvement of applications supported.
    Advocate and implement best practices and improved team processes.

    Education & Preferred Qualifications

    Minimum Bachelor's Degree in a Technology field or equivalent work experience.
    Min. 3 years' work experience in Financial Software Testing and / or PAM
    5-7 years developing software in Java, SQL, C++, Python or other related languages
    3-5 years' experience with testing tools (such as Ranorex,Selenium, Cucumber)
    Min. 3 years' experience of following the Agile SDLC
    Test Driven Development experience is desirable
    Experience of using RallyDev or an alternative Agile SDLC process tool
    ISTQB Certification is desirable

    Proven ability to work effectively with all levels of management
    Good understanding and practical experience with Test Case Design, Execution & Automation
    Experience of working with offshore resources
    High standard of mathematical and analytical ability
    Self-motivated, driven and able to work without constant supervision
    Detail orientated
    Analytical mind and willing to investigate unexpected results
    Ability to express thoughts and opinions in a clear and concise manner, whether written or verbal
    Excellent understanding of testing methodologies and their application within software development projects
    Good time management skills and awareness of deadlines
    Strong organizational skills
    Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

    Salary Range

    $120,000 - $195,000 Annual

    The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
