• The Tax Manager will be responsible for income tax compliance and financial statement reporting and disclosure of tax accruals in accordance with IFRS for the U.S. and Canada
• Assist in the implementation of tax credit opportunities related to expansion projects at the plant locations
• The Tax Manager will oversee the preparation of annual tax documentation of transfer prices
• Research complex income and commodity tax issues and develop recommendations
• The Tax Manager will manage the income tax compliance function for Canada and the US Including timely filing of estimated tax payments and tax returns

Qualifications of the Tax Manager:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or Taxation
• 3+ years of progressive experience in tax accounting, with a focus on corporate taxation.
• Public accounting experience or large corporate experience
