- Experience providing expert guidance and/or advice in strategic planning, project management, performance management and process improvement.
- Experience in problem solving and development of sound recommendations to improve process, performance, and efficiency.
- Manage client communications, feedback and reports. Regularly engage with the client regarding progress, issues, and corrective actions required.
- Oversee the design, build, and test phases of IT solutions which incorporate technical infrastructure, hardware, and software.
- Develop program/project plans, define associated milestones, dependencies, and manage associated risks.
- Provide ongoing supervision and direction to staff.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective communications.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills required.
- Must have demonstrated ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships; interact with multiple stakeholders; and effectively participate in critical negotiations.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university in Business, Information Systems, or Related Engineering Degree.
- Must have at least eight years of experience in information technology and project management experience.
- PMP certification required
- Shall hold an active favorably adjudicated U.S. Government background investigation, T1 as a minimum (Public Trust)
