- 1-year of experience in a medical office preferred.

- Greet patients in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Monitor flow in waiting for areas and exam rooms, and make patient and team members aware of any delays.
- Escort patients to exam rooms.
- Assist physicians during patient exams.
- Conduct diagnostic testing including OCTs, Visual Fields, Fundus Photos, and Corneal Topographies.
- Document patient encounters in EMR.
- Restocking of exam/procedure rooms.
