    About the job Travel Registered Nurse Recruiter WTCP is a dynamic and rapidly growing company that specializes in healthcare, healthcare information technology and information technology.

    We are seeking an experienced remote Travel Nurse Recruiter to join our team as an independent contractor.

    This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled recruiter who thrives in a remote work environment and is passionate about finding top talent to support our company's growth.

    Must reside in the United States.

    As a remote recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our organization.

    You will work remotely, connecting with candidates through various online channels, conducting interviews, and managing the full recruitment life cycle.

    Your goal is to source and engage candidates who not only meet the healthcare professional requirements but also align with our company's culture and values.

    The independent contractor will have the flexibility to set their ideal working hours and run their desk as they see fit, however, should be accessible in the event their candidate is selected by the client to move forward through the interviewing process.


    Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirementsCreate and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidatesSource potential candidates through various online channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networksScreen and evaluate resumes, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and assess candidate qualificationsCoordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidatesManage and maintain an applicant tracking system to track and document the recruitment processProvide an exceptional candidate experience by keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the hiring processConduct reference checks and background screenings when necessaryExtend job offers and negotiate compensation packages with selected candidatesAssist in the onboarding process for new hiresKeep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge in the recruitment fieldMaintain accurate records and reports on recruitment activitiesQualifications:Proven experience as a recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition roleFamiliarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systemsStrong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean searches)

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to conduct effective interviews and evaluate candidates' qualificationsStrong organizational and time management skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environmentHigh degree of confidentiality and professionalismResults-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment goalsUnderstanding of relevant employment laws and regulationsExperience in healthcare recruitmentWorking Conditions:
