Salary: 75K + BONUS and competitive benefits



Responsibilities:

Maintain Executive’s daily calendar of meetings and events
Schedule high volume of meetings with other senior-level executives and clients in a global setting across multiple time zones
Act as representative for Executive and of corporate group when corresponding with clients and other senior-level executives
Prepare and edit business documents and circulate communications prepared by Executive
Manage general administrative activities such as arranging complex domestic and international travel and accommodations, preparing and processing expense reports, and arranging logistics and catering for internal meetings

Desired Skills and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
7 years of experience working in an administrative support role
Experience in professional services firm or similar industry is preferred
Advanced Word and PowerPoint skills
Moderate Excel skill
Intelligent and ambitious
Excellent communicator
Team player
Service focus needed
