Description

Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates the nursing care of labor, postpartum and nursery patients. within the skilled nursing setting.

Responsible for ensuring continuity of care of the patients between shifts by providing direct care as well as supervising the care given by CNAs, LPNs/LVNs and supportive staff members.

Participates in patient and family teaching. Maintains role as patient advocate with a focus on the facility's mission.
Day and night position. Monthly mandatory Skills training. Minimum Requirements Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
Current Utah RN Licensure.
Current BLS.LPN licensure if the LPN is currently enrolled in an RN Program
