With offices across North America, we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the world's leading professional services firm, Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).

    A day in the life.

As a Strategic Client Executive on the EHB team, you will manage complex client portfolios and serve as the primary contact for HR, Finance, and C-suite leaders. You will lead client implementation processes by coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing service delivery, while resolving claims, billing, and eligibility issues to maintain a seamless client experience. You will oversee all deliverables and timelines to ensure accuracy and timely completion, collaborate with internal teams to align client strategies with market trends and benchmarking data—including Mercer Survey insights—and lead staff training to foster strong relationships across all client levels. Additionally, you will coordinate with Client Service Support and specialty teams to review tasks, monitor progress, and strategize upcoming projects. Managing data entry and analysis in the Agency Management System will inform marketing and proposal strategies. You will also lead the RFP process by guiding support teams to ensure accuracy and alignment with client needs, present proposals internally, participate in carrier negotiations, and contribute to strategic planning.

    Our future colleague.

We'd love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
    • Minimum 5 years experience in Employee Benefits or HR required; 7 years experience preferred
    • Extensive (in depth) knowledge of applicable insurance products/lines inclusive of fully insured and self-funded markets
    • Extensive knowledge of risk management techniques, employee benefits markets and marketing techniques, as well as knowledge of carrier appetite
    • Legal work authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent and ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship now or in the future

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

    • Life & Health License or ability to obtain within 90 days
    • Prior broker experience highly desired

We know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes. Don't be shy. If you're close, we'd be very interested in meeting you.
