    Job Description

    Swoon is currently seeking an IT Project Manager for a major company in the US.

    • Location: Remote
    • Duration: 11 Months Contract to Hire
    • Pay Rate: $51/hour

    As a hands-on project manager, you will focus on soft skills such as independence, multitasking, time management, and systematic processing to meet deadlines.

    Candidates must have knowledge of how systems work, be able to teach the process, and understand data flow and scope to take over as a PM with a drive to be proactive, managing multiple projects, and asking the right questions without questioning processes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Project management experience
    • Ability to plan for and manage multiple projects
    • Self-starter, self-motivated individual with experience in complex projects
    • Integration experience with large-scale projects
    • Working with various functional teams
    • Knowledge of data analysis with strong Excel skills
    • Good documentation skills
