Job summary

We are seeking a talented Chef De Cuisine to lead our culinary team and provide high-level culinary leadership across all dining services operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in volume hot and cold food production and core culinary fundamentals.

Responsibilities

Manage daily culinary operations and production across campus dining locations;
Collaborate with the Executive Chefs on menu development;
Maintain consistent execution of recipes across all locations;
Educate staff on ingredient details, menu portioning,
