Crossroads Hyundai, a leading automotive dealership in Loveland, Colorado, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Automotive BDC (Business Development Center).

This is a full-time, individual contributor role in our marketing department, with a salary range of $40,000 to $60,000 per year.

As an Automotive BDC, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and customer satisfaction by managing and cultivating leads through various communication channels.

• Manage and track all incoming leads through various communication channels, including phone, email, and website inquiries
• Respond promptly and professionally to all customer inquiries and requests, providing accurate and thorough information
• Schedule and confirm appointments for customers to visit the dealership
• Utilize various software and systems to accurately track and manage customer interactions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of dealership products and services to effectively address customer inquiries
• Collaborate with sales team to ensure timely and effective followup on customer leads
• Conduct outbound calls and emails to potential customers to promote sales and services
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies to generate leads and drive sales
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay uptodate on industry trends and developments

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in Marketing or related field preferred
• 12 years of experience in automotive sales or customer service preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software
• Outgoing personality with a passion for building relationships and providing exceptional customer service
