Job Description
An Insight Global client is currently looking for a seasoned professional to join their sales and customer success team.

This person will process customer orders, track shipments, confirm deliveries, manage order to cash status, and work cross-departmentally to ensure on time delivery to customers.

This position works very closely with cross functional teams across the organization to ensure excellent customer service is always provided to the clients.

This individual will also need to be comfortable with an on-call rotation schedule.

Skills and Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer centric roles - IT, Logisitics, customer

success, account management, or business development type roles

• Experience working with ERP Systems- specifically Dynamics 365 or

Dynamics AX 2012
*Experience working with cross functional teams.

• Proficient with Office 365
• Oil and Gas industry experience null
