We are looking for an Assistant Construction Project Manager to join our team.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Project Management, Construction Management plus two years of relevant experience
OSHA 30 certification
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Proficiency in PC applications such as Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Bluebeam

Responsibilities/Skills:
Demonstrated ability to read and comprehend plans, specifications, addenda, bid materials, contracts and related construction documents.
Excellent oral and written communications skills.
Demonstrated analytical and conceptual skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Experience with Job Order Contracting (JOC) projects a plus.
Competency with AutoCad and/or Revit preferred.
Ability to lead and/or participate in team endeavors.
Demonstrated record of taking initiative.
