We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator/ Social Media Specialist to join our
Plastic Surgery & Med Spa team You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing key market information, as well as identifying areas of improvement to increase company revenue and brand.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and scheduling patient appointments
Correspond with patients for video and photo shoots
Conduct market research to determine potential of products and services
Perform analysis of market strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats
Development and implement innovative marketing campaigns
Assist Front Desk with all admin duties
Assist all departments with Social Media Post
Qualifications:
Previous experience in Plastic Surgery and Med Spa Field
Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work well in teams
