Job summary
We're seeking a Customer Service Associate to join our team and deliver a great shopping experience for every customer.Duties include assisting customers with questions and recommendations, managing sales transactions while working assigned cash register,
Maintaining security of cash and protecting company assets,
Managing the store well-stocked, recovering merchandise,
Ensuring positive safe respectful environment maintaining professional friendly interactions with customers associates leaders
- Skills and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is preferred Previous customer service experience in retail hotel restaurant grocery or drug store environment is highly preferred Ability to follow instructions interpret operational documents required Must be able to lift between 30-50 lbs from floor to above shoulder height meet demands frequent walking standing stooping kneeling climbing pushing pulling repetitive lifting Excellent customer service relationship management skills required Strong organizational communication problem-solving decision-making skills required
